Configuring Your LTS Connect App.



This article describes the basic steps to configuring the LTS Connect App to your security camera systems.

Before you begin: Checklist

Here's a checklist of what you'll need to get started.
  1. Download and install the app from Google Play Store of Apple App Store
  2. Username: - We typically provide this in a separate email from the password.
  3. Password:  - We typically provide this in a separate email from the password.
  4. Address: -  We typically provide this in a separate email from the password.
  5. Alias: -  This can be anything to indicate the house i.e. ' Los Angeles Home.

How To Configure the basic App: Basic

Now that you have completed the requirements listed above, here’s how to configure the LTS Connect App.
  1. Install the App and select the USA world region if prompted"
  2. Allow/Grant the App all permissions  when prompted on the smart device.

    1. Note: Ignore "Login/Register" button



  1. Instead, please click on the  + symbol at the top left corner of the app.
  2. Select the “Manual Adding” option.


  1. Next Change “Adding Type” to “IP/Domain”.

  1. Enter the information we provided you for the system into the matching fields highlighted screenshot below.

  1. You should see a success message, and should also observe that the number of cameras have been automatically adjusted to reflect the cameras installed.

Troubleshooting

If NOT successful, verify the information entered into the app by manually retyping and try again.
